How You Can Help

 

  • Blue Christmas - In December the ICFAAA members help the fire and police departments to distribute toys and food to families chosen through the Irving ISD.
  • Special Olympics - Over Memorial Day weekend, we assist the fire department with medical services at the Texas State Summer Olympics.
  • MDA - We help the firefighters with "Fill the Boot".
  • New Years day - Our members distribute hams to all eleven fire stations.
  • Help with retirement and promotion ceremonies.
  • Help Fire Prevention with health and safety fairs.
  • Distribute the Vials of Life to our senior citizens. 
  • Award a "Station of the month" each month of the year.
  • Help with the Firefighters Ball in October.
  • Provide rehab services at fires by offering cool refreshments and damp towels.
  • Help clean up after fires by rolling and packing fire hoses.
We offer exciting opportunities to serve both the fire department and the community. The annual dues help support various activities of the alumni association and the fire department.
